I had a great experience with safe mobility! Called them up and got someone right away, and explained my mother's needs now that she is having trouble getting around. They scheduled a time to check out my mother's house to see what could be installed and were up front and clear about our options. Now my mother can use her upstairs bedroom again instead of staying in the first floor all of the time!

The office manager, Margaret is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with.. She explained the process of getting a stair lift for our home in a simplified way. The installer was very efficient and professional. I would strongly recommend Safe Mobility.

MIchelle and Safe Mobility were terrific. She was very knowledgeable and very able to describe the stairlift and its installation. She also responded very quickly when we asked her to contact us. The installation of the stairlift was a totally problem free experience. You could tell that the installer had a great deal of experience and he could not have been friendlier. He was also willing to take the time to explain the use of the stairlift to me and how to best contribute to its maintenance. It was a real five star experience. The stairlift has been working flawlessly since it was installed two weeks ago.

Michelle was so helpful when explaining the options to us for a stairlift. She gave us a very fair price and once we decided to purchase, she and George were at our home within 48 hours to install it. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend Safe Mobility to anyone looking for a stairlift. A++ !!!

Excellent company from the sales to the installer. I would recommend them. Michele was excellent to work with. She explained the lifts she has and got me the one to fit my needs. I highly recommend them. George the installer was very patient and courteous. Poor man had to dismantle the old Bruno lift I had from the top of the stairs where stopped working.
